As part of the gastronomy/ALAÇATI EXPERIENCE HUB initiative:

• The gastronomy culture and products of the region will be promoted to the national and international public through integrated communication campaigns, chef events, experiential routes, and tasting activities.

• Guiding services, vocational training, workshops, and other supportive educational programs will be implemented to enhance the quality, knowledge, and awareness of local stakeholders, researchers, end consumers, and the workforce in this field.

• The planned activities are based on the feasibility study called Rota Ovacık-Alaçatı (R'Oval), prepared with the support of İzmir Development Agency. Along the Çeşme-Alaçatı-Ovacık triangle, along the route.

• Local agricultural producers,

• Family-owned and young entrepreneurial businesses embracing a quality product and service approach,

• Accommodation facilities with a clean and high-quality service concept, and

• Enterprises engaged in healthy living, trustworthy, and value-added food production, which are sensitive to nature, animals, and the environment and carry the breeze of Aegean culture,

A 25 km long experiential route has been created in the feasibility study, supporting local products and stakeholders.

The gastronomy/ALAÇATI EXPERIENCE HUB will serve as a central hub in activities supporting local products and stakeholders.
